Ultimate American Jacket™ Celebrates
American Manufacturing & The American Bison

Philadelphia, PA (Sept 13, 2015) — In true celebration of American manufacturing and the American Bison, United By Blue is proud to unveil the Ultimate American Jacket™, a premium waterproof insulated winter jacket sourced and built entirely within the United States and made with the ultimate American natural insulation: Bison fiber. The Ultimate American Jacket is available exclusively on Kickstarter Oct 13 – Nov 22 and comes in both men’s and women’s styles.

United By Blue’s Ultimate American Jacket™ is a 4-layer, waterproof winter jacket made entirely in the USA from the most authentic American ingredients. The Ultimate American Jacket incorporates thousands of years of naturally evolved winter insulation in the form of our proprietary B100 Fill™ — bison fiber insulation built into the center of the jacket. Independent laboratory testing has shown B100 Fill to be on par with heavy polar equipment, with a clo rating of 4.51 (almost twice as warm as a traditional ski jacket).

The Ultimate American Jacket is completed with a recycled waterproof polyester shell, taped seams, watertight zippers, removable hood, and a removable 100% wool fleece vest. The Ultimate American Jacket is equipped with 10 exterior and 4 interior pockets to hold all your essentials. Designed with function and usability in mind, we added secure pockets for your phone, wallet, sunglasses and more. Most importantly, we included wool-fleece lined hand pockets in the front of the jacket to keep hands warm.

Available in three colors in both men’s and women’s styles, the Ultimate American Jacket has a heritage inspired design and a lifetime guarantee. As with all United By Blue products, with the purchase of each jacket, United By Blue pledges to remove one pound of trash from an ocean or river.
