Leaders in self-care market launch a step-by-step educational online platform that empowers users to prevent injury, improve performance and feel better through self-myofascial release products and techniques

(Austin, TX- July 14, 2015)— TriggerPoint™ Performance, a division of the Implus Corporation and leading performance, therapy and education product innovator, announces the release of their online education platform at this year’s IDEA World Fitness Convention. Featuring updated content and educational videos, this new platform is a direct result of TriggerPoint’s continued efforts to stay ahead of digital trends and remain the leaders in the self-care market.

The platform was designed in line with TriggerPoint’s mission to create the best self-care products and education in the world. Within the robust platform, a brand new GRID® Foam Rolling video series educates consumers with step-by-step methods for effectively addressing the five key muscle groups. The GRID video can be viewed by specific muscle group and also outlines the general benefits of foam rolling for those who just getting started.

Through ongoing efforts to develop easy-to-use self-care programs, TriggerPoint has also streamlined their product line offering from the original seven kits to three new Collections: the Foundation, Performance, and Wellness Collection. All three include premium equipment and instruction designed to guide anyone on how to move more freely and feel better through daily deep tissue massage. Each Collection includes a unique coupon code to access corresponding education and user-friendly videos for how best to use the TriggerPoint product line to target specific areas of the body or address an injury. The platform can be accessed through both web and mobile platforms and users have the option to ‘favorite’ videos for easy access.
