In keeping with its mission of creating socks that improve foot comfort during and after activities, THOR·LO, INC. ® will unveil a new line of packaging at the SIA Show and Outdoor Retailer Show. This is just the beginning of a new consumer awareness and brand campaign THOR·LO plans to launch in 2006.

The packaging includes new sport-specific images, which features people comfortably enjoying their activities. Designed to specifically focus on the user, the new look includes fresh, vibrant colors that differentiate between categories such as outdoor, sport and snow, as well as models made for men or women.

“This new line of packaging is just the beginning of a new effort THOR·LO will rollout to both consumers and retailers in 2006,” says Jim Throneburg, THOR·LO chairman. “Our mission has always focused on the fact that comfort directly impacts performance in any activity. Our new packaging and upcoming brand campaign will highlight the theme of Comfort Is Performance. In other words, today's athlete can find optimum foot comfort and, in turn, higher levels of performance with Thorlos®.”

As a part of this launch, THOR·LO representatives will offer Comfort Workshops to interested retailers at the Outdoor Retailer Show. These informational and experiential sessions are designed to arm retail partners with the knowledge and experience needed to introduce the Thorlos experience to a first time customer. In effect this partnership will help our retail partners be branded as Comfort Destination Locations in the minds of their customers.
