Spyder Appoints Mark Brasier as Sales and Marketing Manager, Canada

Spyder Active Sports appointed Mark Brasier as Canadian sales and marketing manager. With decades of experience in the action and snowsports industries and most recently as head of a retail and brand consulting firm, Brasier joins the Spyder management team today.

Brasier will drive the sales and marketing focus in Canada and build on existing relationships with Canadian retail partners. He will work alongside V.P. Sales and Marketing Russ Rowan to leverage the global energy and momentum of Spyder.

“Brasier’s experience and entrepreneurial drive through his years in the industry are attributes Spyder requires to execute the very aggressive plans we have,” Rowan said. “This commitment in Canada, coupled with our strong and loyal dealer base, is the very basis for strategic market stability and growth and allows us to drive creative marketing strategies to another level.”

“It’s always a pleasure to surround yourself and work with great people,” Brasier said. “The Spyder building is genuinely amped about the new leadership. The additions to the team that CEO Tom McGann and Russ Rowan have made combined with the existing key management staff is a team to be reckoned with. This brand is re-fueled and I am proud to be a part of the Spyder family.”

Brasier currently resides in Ontario and will implement a full-service Spyder satellite office near Toronto in the near future.
