For 22 years Sportube® hard cases have been the tried and trusted method for transporting and protecting valuable ski and snowboard equipment when traveling. This season Sportube raises the performance bar in the ‘hottest’ in transport bag technology with the Toaster Elite and Toaster heated Boot Bags.
Every day counts on the mountain, start it off right. There is no worse feeling than trying to squeeze into cold hard boots before a fresh powder day. The Toaster Elite and Toaster Heated Boot Bags have three different temperature settings for you and your toes to start the day off in toasty warm boots. The bags have two power sources: one 110V for a standard outlet and one 12V plug-in for a vehicle.
Made with durability in mind, the bags are manufactured with strong and lightweight fabrics utilizing the finest 600D/840D/1680D PVC coated polyester fabrics. The 60 liter Toaster Elite can hold up to two pairs of boots or one pair of boots along with plenty of other gear like a helmet, jacket, goggles, gloves, etc. The slightly smaller Toaster Boot Bag, with 50 liters of storage space, has a unique domed entry that allows the bag to fit any large sized boot, helmet, gloves, and plenty of other gear. Both bags come with zip out comfortable floor mats so that your feet don’t ever have to touch the cold hard ground as well as convenient detachable backpack straps for when you check the bag on the plane. The bags are equipped with strong metal hardware as well as YKK zippers to allow for years of reliable use.
“I don’t do cold feet, and figured at least starting with warm liners and shells would help delay the onset of numb toes” says Sportube Founder and President Paul Hields. “We are seeing growth in this market segment and we were getting requests every week from those driving to the hill, recreational and professional skiers, club racers and parents. Unless you are lucky enough to have a heated locker at the base of the lift, or really good boot heaters, chances are you can use a heated bag for all your gear.”
Known worldwide for their Made in USA, hard plastic protective ski, snowboard and fishing cases, Sportube has been making reliable luggage transportation solutions since 1995. The Heated Boot Bags are just a small part of what Sportube has to offer. While broadening their reach in the highly competitive bag market, the Toaster Elite and Toaster Boot Bags are a step in the right direction to getting your feet prepared for a long day on the mountain. Not only do heated boots give you an advantage to staying a little warmer on cold mornings, they also make the process of putting a boot on a lot easier and more comfortable than if it was cold. With the convenience of being able to power up the heated boot bags both indoors and in a vehicle, you will never be caught with frosty toes before getting onto the lift.
Hields adds, “We’re constantly listening to people and working on fresh ideas to ensure you have the best trip possible no matter what equipment you are taking with you.”
Sportube will be attending the International Outdoor + Snow Show at the Denver Convention Center, January 25th- 28th at Booth #46000 (upper lever near the main door entrance).
