Soleus Running Watches Named Official Sponsor of ECARS

Soleus has been named the exclusive watch of the East Coast Adventure Racing Series (ECARS) founded by American Adventure Sports. ECARS is the premiere Regional Adventure Racing (AR) Series in the United States with over $60,000 in cash and prizes.

Soleus has been named the exclusive watch and heart rate monitor of the East Coast Adventure Racing Series (ECARS).The ECARS is the premiere Regional Adventure Racing (AR) Series in the United States. As part of the partnership between these two active and inovative companies, Soleus will provide over $6,000 worth of product for the Race Series and TeamSOG.

The East Coast Adventure Racing Series was founded in 2010 by the East Coast Coallition. This group of race directors includes American Adventure Sports, Odyssey Adventure Racing, Rev3 Adventure, G.O.A.L.S, and N.Y.A.R.A. Since then, their line up has expanded to include partnerships with: Untamed New England, Pangea Adventure Racing, KanDo, Gung-Ho,and Delmarva Adventure Racing.

As part of the partnership, the American Adventure Sports retail locations and eCommerce channels will be offering the full range of Soleus Watches. The vision for Soleus is all about CORE functionality: simple-to-use, large viewing area and digits, bright colors, and value-priced. Soleus watches offer “everything you need; and nothing you don't”. As they entered Fall 2011 the company will launch their GPS “Tech Goes Further" Campaign. They will introduce a new GPS 1.0 for under $99 – the first in the market place at such a reasonable price. Spring 2012 will bring consumers the GPS 1.0 in hot pink and bright yellow; the GPS 2.0 with interval timers and downloadable USB cord; and the GPS 3.0 with all that plus HRM.

As part of that effort, Soleus Watches will act as an in-kind sponsor, for the Series and TeamSOG in return for a 1080HD TV quality commercial, social media campaigns, and everything else that comes with the package.
