SKORA, Inc, the innovative maker of premium, lightweight performance running footwear proudly announces it will participate in the inaugural Pop-Up PDX event in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan April 14-17, 2014.

Operated as a joint public/private venture in conjunction with the Portland Development Commission, the Pop-Up PDX event seeks to establish relationships between Portland based brands and Japanese distributors and retailers. The event gives participants a chance to better learn Japanese culture and business culture to cater to their needs and create opportunity for the brands. SKORA will be participating with eight other Portland companies.

“We’re really excited to be in the first Pop-Up PDX event,” said David Sypniewski, Founder and CEO of SKORA. “Japanese people are loving everything Portland right now, which positions us well to open new distributorships and retail doors in a market that is certain to appreciate our unique products.”

SKORA will be highlighting the new FIT training shoe, as well as the ever-popular full-leather upper FORM and eye catching CORE models.
