RepSpark Systems, a leading sales force management solution provider, is proud to formally announce Dac Clark as new company CEO. Dac Clark has been involved with RepSpark from its inception as development visionary, user and investor. With his recent sale of Sanuk through privately held C&C Companies to Deckers, Dac now has the time to focus more fully on the fast growing RepSpark. RepSpark could not be more excited to have the participation and day-to-day direction of such an experienced visionary, not only in the fashion world and what it takes to run a brand but also with regards to systems and what users really want and need.

“I am excited to be able to be more involved with the day to day aspects of RepSpark. I truly believe we currently have the best sales force support platform in the industry. I look forward to leading the team into new initiatives surrounding visual merchandising and tradeshow responsiveness. Building systems from the user-out has been a focus throughout RepSpark's development, and I plan to ensure our solutions continue to be “best in class.” Technology has caught up with the imaginations of brand executives, and functionality like digital catalogs, branded sales channels, tightly controlled sales cycles and comprehensive territory planning are possible. By tying all sales aspects together in a central and integrated platform, serious advancements in effectiveness and efficiency are possible while assuring that the sales force optimizes every opportunity, “ stated Dac Clark. “This is what RepSpark has been built to do, is doing and will continue to do under my leadership.”

About Dac Clark
After Donald A Clark (DAC) left college at University of Arizona, he managed and built the Wild West Stores, a California Lifestyle clothing Store Chain. In 1981 the Wild West Stores was sold to General Mills. In 1983 Dac and his business partner established C&C Companies, a private, diversified apparel marketing and manufacturing company. Over the last 15 years C&C has successfully developed a number of premium young men's and women's apparel brands. First, C&C secured licenses for Gotcha pants, jeans, jackets and knit shirts and accessories. In 1988, C&C licensed the Rusty name from Rusty Preisendorfer and began the development of the Rusty (R.) apparel line. In 1994, the company sold its Gotcha interest to better focus on developing other brands including Rusty. In 2000, C&C entered into a partnership with Sanuk USA, a new brand of footwear and accessories that was sold to Deckers Outdoor in 2011. In 2008, the company partnered with LSpace a high-end bikini brand where he continues to serve as CEO. Dac has been intimately involved with systems and information for the apparel segment for over 20 years. Dac helped to design Island Pacific Retail Systems, which PacSun still runs on today. Dac was also a board member for eight years for Cam Commerce Solutions, a retail systems software company. As an original user of RepSpark, Dac Clark's vision and ideas have been integral to the RepSpark solution for over 10 years.
