PowerTV is accessible from any internet-connected device allowing you to use it while on the go or at the gym. Power Plate North America created powerTV to help everyone discover the benefits of whole body vibration. New content will be added frequently including a new full length workout and a new training tip every week.
Designed to enhance the Power Plate experience, all of the content is searchable and the full-length training programs and tips will help you move toward your health and fitness goals. Over seventy-five percent of the video content has never been online.
Power Plate® technology provides one of the most efficient and dynamic total-body workouts in less than 30 minutes, utilizing scientifically-proven Advanced Vibration Technology™ that triggers involuntary muscle reactions 25-50 times per second while you exercise.
