Kirkland, Wash. â€“ Paddler Magazine has joined into a partnership with USA Canoe/Kayak that makes Paddler The Official Publication of USA Canoe/Kayak and adds more than 1200 subscribers to Paddler's subscriber circulation base. In addition to serving USACK members subscriptions, Paddler joins with USACK and the National Governing Body Marketing Network to offer larger Olympic sponsors advertising and other marketing opportunities to target all member organizations through each of the group's official magazines.
Paddler publisher Glen Bernard states â€œWe are thrilled to partner with USACK to serve their dedicated members subscriptions and to be able to support our paddling athletes as they get ready for the Summer Olympics in Beijing in 2008. Unlike many other countries that send athletes to international competitions, ours do not receive any real government funding so we are doing what we can to support and promote The Team.â€
