Holland, MI (February 17, 2021) -- New Holland Brewing Co. is launching its latest flavor bomb this month in their first highly-anticipated Dragon’s Milk Reserve variety of 2021: a bourbon-barrel aged stout with real Peanut Butter and Cocoa Nibs.
The new variety is a continuation of the brand’s long experimentation with robust and complex flavor profiles for the celebrated Dragon’s Milk Reserve line. Previous iterations included a bourbon barrel-aged stout with vanilla and chai spices and a Scotch barrel-aged stout with marshmallow and dark chocolate.
Aged for three months in bourbon barrels and finished with real peanut butter and cocoa nibs, this indulgent brew builds upon classic Dragon’s Milk flavors of roasted coffee, chocolate, and vanilla to create something truly legendary.
Dragon’s Milk Brand Manager Dominic Bergquist said of the release, which is available now at New Holland brewpubs and select retailers across the Dragon’s Milk distribution footprint, “Our brewing team strives to push the limits of what the Reserve series can be. Working with real peanut butter is certainly a challenge, but they rose to it and really delivered a delicious beer that we are so excited to share with our fans.”
Dragon’s Milk 2021 Reserve 1: Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout with Peanut Butter and Cocoa Nibs clocks in at 10% ABV and is available at retail locations across the Dragon’s Milk footprint and on tap and for purchase in 4-pack 12-ounce bottles.
