NEMO Hires Three - Expands Product Development, Customer Service and Fills Operations Vacancy


[Dover, NH] - NEMO Equipment, Inc., an award-winning outdoor gear manufacturer focused on shifting the way people enjoy and interact in the outdoors, has expanded its team with the addition of a Product Manager, Logistics Coordinator and Customer & Warranty Service Representative.


Patrick McCluskey, Ph.D., has been selected as Product Manager. With a Ph.D. from Harvard in Engineering Sciences and most recently working at General Electric in Global Research as a Materials Scientist, Patrick fits right in with NEMO’s tradition of building innovative gear rooted in science and technology. Here, he’s responsible for product management, development and testing. McCluskey is an avid outdoorsman who has spent time volunteering with Kismet Rock Foundation, guiding rock climbing, and regularly enjoys snowboarding, hiking and all things bike. 

Theresa Conn, Logistics Coordinator, is coordinating transportation of goods from overseas factory partners to international distribution centers and onward to customers. Additionally, she coordinates daily operations between NEMO and its 3PL partners, vendors, distributors, and retail customers, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods. Theresa comes to NEMO after completing both her undergraduate degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability and MBA, both from the University of New Hampshire. She has held internships with the NH State Parks Department and National Parks Service and enjoys spending time in the White Mountains. 

Kendall Wallace has been added to the team as Customer & Warranty Service Representative. He is responsible for interacting with customers to solve order issues, answer product questions and process all warranty claims. He has lived most of his life in New Hampshire, besides a brief stint exploring the waters of New England and the Caribbean by sailboat.
