"As the former Director of International Sales at Arc'teryx, VP of Heritage at Red Wing and more recently VP of Specialty Wholesale at Levi's, Dan brings an incredible amount of global sales experience to MiiR," said MiiR Founder and CEO Bryan Papé. "Dan’s talent and energy will no doubt help catapult MiiR to the next level."

Dan’s enthusiasm for MiiR extends beyond the product to the team and its mission. “I love the team and am really impressed with the people ... I love the mission of MiiR and the energy and passion everyone at MiiR has toward giving back and using the business to better the lives of as many people as possible.”

As part of the recovery project team at Levi’s, Dan helped re-establish the specialty wholesale business, including scaling the Levi’s Premium business with prominent customers like Nordstrom and the Urban Group (Urban Outfitters, Free People, Anthropologie). Achievements with Red Wing Heritage include a global rebranding and relaunch of the brand, including setting up distribution and retail throughout Asia and Europe while expanding the US DTC and wholesale business exponentially.

Dan and his wife have four children and live in Boise, ID, where he can be found enjoying time doing anything in the outdoors with his family.
