Lorpen Introduces Advanced Tech Calf Compression Sleeve

Lorpen introduces a compression sleeve with Anatomically Balanced Compression technology for Spring '13.

Lorpen, a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance socks for outdoor and sport enthusiasts, announces the addition of a Graduated Compression Sleeve with ABC (Anatomically Balanced Compression) technology developed to offer precision, function and certified quality. The calf sleeve collection provides a graduated compression level that offers advanced technology to athletes. The new collection will be available at specialty retail stores and online at www.lorpen.com in spring 2013.

The use of a compression sleeve versus a compression sock allows each user to select the correct sock for the sport activity they will participate in and not have to make a compromise in foot comfort. It requires less washing than the traditional compression sock and the athlete obtains perfect adaptability and compression.

“The ABC Compression Collection answers a call from our high performance athletes around the world,” said Bruce Barrows, VP of sales and marketing at Lorpen North America. “We understand the need for additional support in extreme sports and the new Graduated Calf Compression Sleeve offers a certified function to enhance extreme activity. We strive to offer the best technology for our loyal athletes, outdoor adventurists and extreme competitors.”

Lorpen's Graduated Calf Compression Sleeves are designed specifically to reduce the calf muscle vibrations during exercise, allowing improved oxygen saturation to the blood to delay muscle fatigue and facilitating an improved recovery after exercise. The new compression sleeve is designed in conjunction with Lorpen's T3 sock line that provides optimum moisture management, for a dryer and cooler foot environment.
