Boise, Idaho | May 12, 2020 Lone Cone Pro, a leading third-party Amazon retail service provider, announced today that the company will begin operating under a new name, Ridgeline Insights. This rebranding strategy reflects the company’s evolution to an Amazon Performance Agency and its expertise in channel management services for brands wishing to launch on the platform, accelerate sales, or leverage the marketplace to expand their direct-to-consumer footprint. The new name also establishes distance from the company’s homegrown outdoor kids’ brand, LONE CONE, which has expanded into a large, successful business of its own on the platform.

“Amazon is growing more and more prevalent each day, and with that comes a rising tide of businesses who need the help we can provide,” said co-founder, Annalisa DeMarta. Ridgeline Insights partners with brands in multiple industries across the globe, helping them drive incremental sales on the world’s largest online marketplace. “As our portfolio of clients continued to grow, it became clear there is no one-size-fits-all approach to Amazon. That’s why we now offer end-to-end channel management, consultancy, and a la carte agency services, in addition to third-party selling,” DeMarta states.

“The new name - Ridgeline Insights - allows us to emphasize our business building capabilities,” said Ken Johnson, CEO. “After more than ten years working with some of the world’s largest outdoor retail brands and launching our own successful private labels, we’ve accumulated insights that have earned us the right to move beyond our original business model. We're really focused on speaking with our partners about how to leverage Amazon as a critical piece of the consumer conversation pathway. With the retail landscape’s current challenges, getting as close to the Amazon consumer as possible is crucial -- it improves product intelligence, reaches new adopters, grows sales, and ultimately grows margins.”
