Liquid Hardware Releases Magnetic, Vacuum Insulated Sidewinder Bottle

New bottle keeps hot drinks hot and cold ones cool for hours

VICTOR, IDAHO (July 30, 2013) — Liquid Hardware isn’t just cool, it’s hot. Or at least the drinks in its new line of bottles will be. This week at Outdoor Retailer, booth #PV916, the company will release a brand new insulated, stainless steel bottle, perfect for keeping summer drinks cold and your morning coffee hot. Similar in design to its single walled cousin the 27 oz. Outrigger™, the new 22 oz. Sidewinder™ bottle features the same great 18/8 stainless construction, magnetic lid and clean profile that makes the Outrigger one of the most durable and beautiful bottles on the market but adds an inner layer of stainless to create a vacuum sealed insulated space that keep your coffee hot and your cocktails cold for hours. Outdoor enthusiasts who already enjoy the functional beauty of the single-walled bottle will be excited to add an insulated version to their hydration toolkits. Please stop by Outdoor Retailer booth# PV916 this week to check out the new Outrigger™ and the new vacuum insulated Sidewinder™.

Known for innovations like its magnetic Quick Stick Lid™, Liquid Hardware continues to improve upon its existing designs as well. Its popular Outrigger™ will get an update this summer. Its new No Drip Lip™ features a wide mouth spout perfect for adding ice cubes and ensuring a smooth, easy-drinking flow and the bottle’s updated design makes it both more durable and aesthetically clean.

Now found nationwide in outdoor retail shops from New York to Jackson Hole and some National Parks in between, Liquid Hardware is entering its second year of operations from its modest headquarters in Victor, Idaho at the base of the Tetons. Founder Steve Kitto, a longtime designer of custom furniture, turned his eye to health and hydration products after being diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease. Determined to take care of himself in part through proper hydration, Kitto designed himself a bottle that shunned BPA and the other unhealthful plastics in favor of a food-grade stainless steel bottle meant to solve a common problem-- losing one’s bottle lid--and last a lifetime. The result was Liquid Hardware and its line of smart, durable bottles made from 100% recyclable materials.

The Liquid Hardware Outrigger™ retails at $23.95 MSRP with the insulated Sidewinder™ ringing in at $27.95 MSRP. You can find the bottles lining the shelves of brick-and-mortar shops as they continue to expand their nationwide distribution.
