Keith Karlick Joins Hammerquist Studios as Director of Interactive
REDMOND, WA â€”May 2, 2012â€” Hammerquist Studios, a Seattle area advertising, design and Interactive agency specializing in the outdoor and active sports markets announced today they have hired Keith Karlick to the position of Director of Interactive.
Karlick comes to Hammerquist Studios after 6 years with Outdoor Research, a national manufacturer of outdoor sports apparel as Web Marketing Manager. â€œKeith's deep experience with full cycle web development from design through back end e-commerce support gives our interactive group a valuable skill set at a time when the active sports industry is transitioning to web-based direct sales models,â€ said Fred Hammerquist, President and Creative Director.
Karlick will direct all interactive work, partner oversight and new business development with the goal of expanding Hammerquist's offerings to include full front and back end development as well as implementation and support of large scale e-commerce platforms. â€œMy experience designing, developing and managing robust web platforms at Outdoor Research will give the studio a unique â€œinsiderâ€ understanding of our client's web-based business strategies and processes.â€ noted Karlick.
