J.H. Whitney & Co. acquires Igloo Products Corp.

Igloo Products Corp. today announced that it has been acquired by J.H. Whitney & Co., a private equity firm based in New Canaan, CT.

Katy, Texas - Igloo Products Corp. today announced that it has been acquired by J.H. Whitney & Co., a private equity firm based in New Canaan, CT. All operations of Igloo Products will remain in Katy, Texas, and the current Igloo management team will remain in place. Gary Kiedaisch, a 35 year industry veteran, will become Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.
