Jeremy Dodge has joined Mountainsmith's in-house team as sales and marketing coordinator. Jeremy will be responsible for the maintenance of the company website; expand direct marketing efforts though events, social media and the website; manage sponsorships; assist new dealers; and follow-up on new distribution channels. Jay Getzel, sales and marketing director for Mountainsmith, the Colorado-based innovator of cutting edge packs, camera bags, and luggage, made the announcement.

Jeremy's skills are focused in retail management and buying, brand representation, new media strategy and graphic design. Most recently, he was on the organization team for the Outerlocal Summer Games with Alpinist founder, Christian Beckwith. This followed a three year stint as manager and buyer for Lowrider Boardshop, of Jack Dennis Sports, Inc, in Jackson, Wyoming during which time he led the shop through a branding and inventory revamp. This experience, combined with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and personal passion for outdoor and snow sports and activities, gives Jeremy the tools he needs to excel in his new position.

“Jeremy will be an excellent fit with Mountainsmith,” stated Getzel. “His combined experience in retail sales, marketing, customer service and social media is just the right combination to round out our team.”

Forged in the Rockies, Mountainsmith's commitment to innovation began in 1979 and continues to the present with a full line of active lifestyle products.
