SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. - January 10, 2011 - With less than two weeks until Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, 800+ outdoor brands and more than 7,000 retail buyers are making final preparations to engage with industry members at the leading outdoor business-to-business on snow demo and expo event, to be held January 19-23, 2011 in Salt Lake City.
From retailers looking to get their hands on the latest wintersports gear at the All Mountain Demo to companies boosting brand recognition through a special industry seminar or participants planning their show itinerary, the outdoor industry is ready to make the most of its time at Outdoor Retailer.

After taking a year hiatus from Winter Market, backcountry skiing gear manufacturer G3 is returning to the show with a presence at the All Mountain Demo and Expo.
"The experience taught us very quickly that for brands who are really doing business in this industry, having a strong presence at Outdoor Retailer is an important part of the mix," said Scott Duer, G3 global sales manager. These exhibiting brands join a long line of core outdoor manufacturers who will be exhibiting at the All Mountain Demo and Outdoor Retailer Expo. New core wintersports exhibitors to Winter Market 2011 include G3, Hagan Alpine Touring Skis, Hestra, Jones Snowboards and Volkl, among others.
With net-sold square feet closing in at more than 340,000 -- a ten percent increase over Winter Market 2010 -- industry retailers can expect to see the best product showings of industry heavyweights along with more variety in products and brands that complement core outdoor products.
Complementary lifestyle, apparel and accessory products from exhibitors like adidas Outdoor, Aventura, Carhartt, Clarks, Ecco, Horny Toad, Lole, Nau, New Balance, Olukai, Rockport, Skull Candy, Ugg and Woolrich are a few expected to make their presence known on the show floor.
More than 3,300 show participants have downloaded the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market mobile app and are already scheduling appointments, previewing dozens of seminar topics and speakers, and monitoring pre show social media chatter.
