In accordance with GU Energy Labs ongoing commitment to building better – and better informed -- athletes, the company has introduced two “How Do You GU?” panel discussions for Interbike 2012.

The storytelling and education-based initiative provides real-life information to competitive and recreational athletes alike from a range of speakers, including Chris Carmichael and Rebecca Rusch.

All panel discussions will be held live at the GU booth at Interbike, booth #7073

Panel One: A Conversation on Performance: How to Conquer Your Bucket List -- Wednesday September 19th, 3-4pm
Join Chris Carmichael and Rebecca Rusch for a live Q&A session to talk about training and racing insights, and the importance of sports nutrition. Hear about the evolution of performance in endurance sports—from power-based training approaches to nutrition strategies. Chris and Rebecca will pull from their own experiences during this interactive conversation to bring context and meaning to the topics. Learn key tips and techniques that you can use immediately, and what it will take to conquer your bucket list.


Panel Two: The Endurance Lifestyle -- Thursday, September 20, 3-4pm
Get a behind-the-scenes look at how to use performance nutrition to lead an endurance lifestyle, one where health, fitness and performance are everyday pursuits leading up to raceday. Rebecca and Brian will discuss their training and nutrition stories and strategies while taking your questions about what it takes to dial performance nutrition.
