DUARTE, California- June 7, 2016- Hanz Extremity Wear, a leader in advanced waterproof technology for the hands and feet, introduces touchscreen-compatible gloves to its waterproof glove line. The Waterproof Tap-Knit® Touchscreen Glovesfeature Hanzs proven three-layer membrane construction with the added advantage of Tap-Knit Technology

Tap-Knit Technology is an all-over touchscreen technology. It is a proprietary process of utilizing capacitive fiber in the knitting of the entire glove, not just an isolated fingertip zone. The touchscreen effect maintains a supple feel, and unlike external treatments, Tap-Knit is unaffected by wear and can’t wash off.

The gloves provide waterproof protection and a sure grip that allows seamless operation of touchscreen devices in all weather conditions. The low-bulk, stretch-to-fit construction provides superior dexterity and tactility. The seamless design of the gloves provides top-level performance and comfort without annoying ridges and pressure points. The palm sides of the gloves are covered with abrasion-resistant grip dots, which are omitted only at the tip of thumb and two fingers for smoothest touchscreen operation.

“We’re excited to bring all-over touchscreen technology to our line of waterproof gloves,” says Hanz president Amy Williams. “We stand by the quality of our gloves and we’re proud to continue our long tradition of manufacturing all our products in the United States.”
