This emerging trend in hats and bags is inspired by the expansion of global trade routes, and the blend of cultural influences. Globalization is creating a thirst for exploration and cultural sharing. Patterns and textures where East meets West capture the exploratory spirit of travelers along ancient trading routes on the Silk Road. Global Voyager has a rich, intense palette with a sense of history.

This season's headwear features various natural fibers. PARASISAL is a fine natural straw woven from the fibers of the sisal plant, which is a type of agave. Hats woven of parasisal are exceptionally lightweight, highly refined, and delicate. PAPER STRAW hats are constructed of finely woven paper material. TOYO paper is mostly recycled rice paper that is coated with a resin to keep it strong. It can be woven finer than regular paper and, therefore, it is very durable and versatile. SEAGRASS overs good sun protection with breathability. MADAGASCAR RAFFIA is a natural fiber grown in Madagascar and harvested from the fronds of the Raphia Palm tree. It is a completely environmentally friendly and sustainable resource. RAFFIA fiber is soft, pliable, strong, durable, easy to dye, and biodegradable making it an excellent material for weaving hats and bags. Come by the booth and see all the depth in this world collection.

Euphoric is also the energy in Athleisure and follows through on one of the biggest trends influencing the fashion industry. Merging sport, urban and fashion cultures in a way that is stronger than its individual parts, athleisure is more than a trend: it’s a lifestyle and attitude.
