The Session takes the most progressive and innovative features of what allows riders to progress to the next level by giving them a superior competitive environment in which to excel, with courses designed to be the “state of the art” in snowboard park and rail design and competitive formats that allow the riders multiple opportunities to showcase their talent.

Contested under the lights at Vail Mountain's Golden Peak, the Honda Session, Presented by Game Stop has developed a tremendous spectator base, with an extremely viewer-friendly venue leading up the mountain with fire pits, marshmallow roasts, and the trademark soaring flame that signals each 15-minute prize money payout for the Steel & Sky Rails competition and outstanding performances in the Bud Light Slopestyle event.
