W.R. Case and Sons' 2007 consumer events schedule weaves 19 tour stops across 14 U.S. states into a progressive Case XX Treasure Hunt and an exciting national sweepstakes which begins June 30th. The sweepstakes' grand prize will include a valuable “Case XX Treasure” pocket knife set.

The Case XX Treasure Hunt will be made up of several themed tours commemorating the company's rich heritage and brand popularity throughout America; the Historian, Artisans, Presidential, Chairman-of-the-Board, and Legacy Tours. Special appearances will be made at each tour stop by Case Associates like Shirley Boser (Case Historian), Eddie Jessup (Case Vice President of Sales), Tom Arrowsmith (Case President and Chief Executive Officer), Greg Booth (Case Chairman and President of Zippo Manufacturing Company), and Case Artisans direct from the Bradford, PA factory.

The Case XX Treasure Hunt Sweepstakes will offer an exciting grand prize to one winner; a complete set of Case XX Treasure Hunt event knives with an approximate retail value of $3,000. Ten limited edition Case knives will be offered as first prizes. Free “treasure map” entry forms will be available at any of the nineteen Case XX Treasure Hunt events and online at www.wrcase.com/treasurehunt.

Consumers can earn sweepstakes entries by having a unique ink stamp applied to the map at these events. Maps having one or more valid stamps must be postmarked by December 1, 2007 and sent via U.S. Mail to be received by Friday, December 14th. No purchase will be necessary for entry.

Two additional Case-sponsored special events will take place at Shepherd Hills Cutlery locations this year; one in Nashville, Tennessee on May 19th, the other in Lebanon, Missouri on September 8th. These events are not part of the Case XX Treasure Hunt event series.
