Renowned sock and accessories brand Bridgedale’s North American sales office in Toronto is now fully operational and open for business, shipping products to US and Canadian customers via its new distribution centre in Buffalo, New York.

Brand President North America, Colin Sanders, confirms a seamless transition from the company’s former warehouse in North Carolina to the new Buffalo distribution centre, reassuring both US and Canadian dealers of smooth and timely delivery to their stores.

Colin commented: “Following the opening of our Toronto sales office early this month, I can now announce that our new distribution centre in Buffalo is now also fully operational. Our customer services manager, Paula Stevens, along with Bill Wetherall and Anna Nikolaus, have worked tirelessly to expedite set up of our internal and inventory management systems, plus handover from our former North Carolina warehouse.

“All our customers, past and present, have now been contacted personally by the team, and we’ll continue to update and inform them of our news, including special offers to celebrate our new distribution business.”

Bridgedale North America has also revealed that it’s in the process of recruiting sales agents to cover the US and Canada, with appointments expected to be announced in the near future.
