Reno/Sparks, Nev. – With the success of the 2007 Aventura line of organic clothing, the women's clothing company has expanded its Spring/Summer 2008 line to include a greater number of items made from organic fabrics including bamboo, hemp and organic cotton. Aventura also utilized eco-friendly recycled polyester in a number of their items.

“Aventura has made a conscience effort to be even more eco-friendly with our clothing line with each and every season and women are responding incredibly to organic pieces that still offer our trademark vibrant colors and imaginative design features,” said Tom Williamson, vice president of marketing of Aventura. “The sustainability of this new line is something we are very proud of and take very seriously. We are committed to making a smaller eco-footprint.”

In its third spring season, Aventura has seen its popularity continue to grow and gain momentum. The line's success has been attributed to its “cute” and colorful nature while remaining functional and comfortable. Aventura utilizes organic fabrics and fibers, UPF sun protection, chlorine safe materials and stretch materials in its clothing while remaining aesthetically pleasing with bright colors, unique prints and easy to match styling.

“Aventura has been created for active women, by active women,” said Desiree Amor, Aventura clothing designer. “We have engineered Aventura's clothing to be comfortable, fun and functional. Also, if our customers buy within a specific group of items, they can't go wrong with mix and matching our items.”

Aventura has also seen the popularity of its swimwear increase since they introduced their first water-friendly items in 2007. With the demand increasing, the line has increased its swimwear to include more swim tops, briefs, board shorts and skirts, water tees and water skirts. All swim items in the Aventura line are made with UPF protected material and use the line's “cute” and unique designs and colors.
