AceCamp Debuts Lifetime Warranty On All Products
‘No Nonsense’ warranty provides complete coverage on all products sold in U.S.
SALT LAKE CITY, UT – July 31, 2013 – AceCamp LLC has launched a “no-nonsense” lifetime warranty for all products sold in the U.S., the company announced today. The guarantee covers against all manufacturing or material defects for the life of the product.
The new policy is effective immediately and allows customers to return the product to the place of purchase within that retailer’s standard return policy, or send the product back to AceCamp directly for repair or replacement.
“We make great products so it makes sense to stand behind them,” said AceCamp Vice President of Sales and Marketing Michael Beverly. “Our policy is very clear and uncomplicated to make any issue easy for retailers and consumers to handle without any of the usual warranty hoop jumping.”
Any product requiring warranty replacement does not require a receipt nor does the customer need to be the original owner. The lifetime warranty does not cover products damaged from wear and tear, alterations made by the owner, accidents or uses other than intended.
