$2K Raised for Greater Yellowstone Coalition at Summer OR

Pacific Outdoor Equipment and Friends rally to raise $2K for Greater Yellowstone Coalition at OR Benefit

Pacific Outdoor Equipment and LAKEN Bottles teamed up to raise $2,000 for the Greater Yellowstone Coalition. The benefit was backed up by the generous support of Big Sky Brewing, along with Ibex, Katadyn, Leki Poles, Mountain Hardwear, Sterling Ropes, and Western Mountaineering.

Raffle tickets were sold for $10 and included a limited edition green LAKEN bottle done in the old school growler tradition complete with the supporting member's logos. All proceeds raised went to the Greater Yellowstone Coalition, which works to protect the lands, waters, and wildlife of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, now and for future generations (www.greateryellowstonecoalition.org).

“We were hoping to have a good turnout for the event”, said Marketing Manager, Jake Cook. “However after five minutes we realized we had a serious demand on our hands and a few minutes later we were completely sold out of over 200 bottles. We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who attended and helped us support the good work the folks at Greater Yellowstone Coalition are doing.”
