The forms book has examples of the forms you need to run an outdoor recreation business, including releases, prepared by an Attorney. This book is only available at this conference.

Launched in August 2004 by GearTrends® and SNEWS®, the Law Review is the online legal resource center for risk management, insurance and law information serving the outdoor recreation, fitness, adventure travel, hospitality and sports industries. The Law Review covers all major legal cases in these industries, including product liability issues and personal injury, so you can immediately see how a court decision may affect your business.
Seminar price is $329.00 for those attending the WEA conference, $369 for those not attending the ICORE conference. Discounts are available for multiple attendees from the same company.
This seminar is a solid value and important educational experience for Outdoor Recreation Industry members.

Attendees will experience two information packed days of programs; discussions and ideas on how to train staff, handle problems, and sleep better at night. They will understand lawyers and the legalese of outdoor recreation law and lawsuits.
Each participant will leave this multi-media event with two new books. “Outdoor Recreation Insurance and Law” and “Outdoor Recreation Forms.” Participants will have examples and ideas on everything from releases to risk management plans. With the documents provided they would have the knowledge and ability to write their own release. This information alone is worth the program.
