On the heels of a record-breaking $3.3 billion season in snowsports sales, there are guaranteed to be more new skis than ever on the racks at retail this coming fall. Which means that more than ever, consumers are going to be counting on the results of ski tests (along with plenty of savvy expert advice from their favorite shops) to help guide their buying decisions this year.
With that in mind, SNEWS® is curious as to which ski test really does the most to move the needle when it comes down to sales. Whether consumers are walking in to shops with the magazine in hand, or sales staff have it available as a third-party endorsement of their own sales pitch, which ski test do you think will play the biggest role in which models disappear first from the retail wall?
