Service, hands down. We have a dedicated staff member on the road who performs routine maintenance and fitness equipment repairs in a timely manner.
What’s your philosophy on customer service?
The first time you say, "the customer is stupid," write down the date and time; because the day will come when you will want to know the exact moment your business began to decline.
