What if every dollar outdoor companies spent on advertising went directly to conservation organizations? This week, that is not just a green fantasy. The Conservation Alliance’s third annual Ads for the Earth auction kicked off on Monday, and runs through 2 PM Pacific on Friday, May 8.
Ten leading publications have each donated one full-page, four-color ad, and the Alliance is selling the ads in an online auction which you can view and participate in by clicking here.
Bids are already rolling in, and best of all, all proceeds will go into the Alliance’s fund to support conservation organizations. Opening bids are 30 percent of full net value, and ads may be used in any issue through May 2010.
