>> Kmart Corp.'s (KM) common stock and trust convertible preferred securities will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange prior to the market opening on Dec. 19. In a press release Dec. 23, the NYSE said Kmart had fallen below the continued listing standard regarding average closing price of a security of less than $1 over a consecutive 30-trading day period and was unable to demonstrate the ability to cure this non-compliance. In a separate press release, the discount retailer said its stock will begin trading on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board Dec. 26.

>>Nikegoddess.com has been launched with a new look, added online shopping features and new products -- designed specifically for women.

>> Although not a booth exhibitor, Life Fitness will show up at the Winter ispo trade show, the twice-yearly sports trade event in Munich, Germany. At the show in early February, as it did for the first time for the summer show, Life Fitness will supply treadmills for use on stage in the Runner's World running trade exhibit area for demos and other live events during the show.
