You have until Jan. 4, 2013 to submit your company's show event information and/or secure advertising. Don't be late, space is going fast!
SNEWS has set up a web form to submit any events, happy hours, seminars, donations*, free stuff and after hours being conducted at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market 2013.
You must fill out the form completely by Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 to be considered for this free listing in the O.R. Daily. Click here to access the Events web form.
*If you are not donating 100% of the proceeds (i.e., not just the profits) you will not be included in this section. Note that show guidelines stipulate that you are not permitted to sell anything at Outdoor Retailer unless all the money goes to a legitimate 501(c)3 nonprofit company.

While news never has a deadline, the sooner you get your Outdoor Retailer-related press releases to our editors (by Jan. 11, 2013 is preferred), the more likely we can include it in the O.R. Daily.
For this section, we're looking for news beyond just a new product launch. Tell us about signifcant company news, trends, marketing strategies, advocacy efforts or promotional campaigns. BUT … any news we consider for O.R. Daily must be specifically relevant to the show — something at the show, being unveiled at the show, announced at the show, etc.
Send this information to the editors of SNEWS at firstname.lastname@example.org, along with the best contact information for both before and during the show.
You must be an official Outdoor Retailer exhibitor and meet the above deadlines to qualify for consideration for free coverage. If you miss the deadlines, or are not an official exhibitor, you are still welcome to advertise in the O.R. Daily provided there is space available.
Advertise with O.R. Daily — The ONLY place you can guarantee your product will be covered
While we strive to include every brand in the O.R. Daily, there are never enough pages. For example, when we put out the call for our free New Product Gallery section (the deadline was Nov. 30), we received more than 800 submissions to fill about 200 open spots. Not everyone will make it in.
The only way to absolutely guarantee that your company will appear in the O.R. Daily for Winter Market 2013 is to reserve advertising with our sales team. A small limited amount of ad space remains, so don't delay. The final deadline to reserve an ad space in the O.R. Daily is Jan. 4, 2013.
