Roswell Brayton, Jr., president and CEO of Woolrich, Inc., today announced the appointment of Todd Yates as VP of sales and marketing. Yates continues his vice presidential responsibilities for merchandising and product design in addition to his new job responsibilities. Yates joined Woolrich in January 2000 as director of sales, national accounts; in April of the same year he was named national sales manager. In October 2000, Yates became vice president sales and product development, and in June 2001, he was assigned the additional responsibility of merchandising. In his two-year tenure at Woolrich, Yates, along with senior management, has focused on the mission of revitalizing the brand’s perception while building on the company’s 172 years of experience in the outdoor apparel industry.


Yates and Kosmatka resign from Woolrich
