"Although we are very pleased with the service improvements we have made in the two years since our acquisition by VF Corporation, these agencies will take The North Face to the next level of responsiveness as we manage our rapidly growing business," said Steve Rendle, TNF vice president of sales. "The agencies are made up of knowledgeable and experienced agents, familiar with the outdoor industry and the needs of our current customers. Our customers will find improved service from these agencies, and our company as a whole will benefit from this change."
