The Trade Association of Paddlesports (TAPS) has hired Francis Zera as director of communications, effective immediately. Zera joins TAPS' Executive Director Chris Mitchell, expanding the association office to a staff of two. You may recognize Zera's name since he's been an associate editor and staff photographer for Canoe & Kayak magazine since 2000. Zera can be reached at francis@gopaddle.org, or at 800-755-5228.
