Salomon has announced it will open a Melbourne-based Australia subsidiary on Jan. 1, 2003.

Salomon has announced it will open a Melbourne-based Australia subsidiary on Jan. 1, 2003. Adidas-Salomon AG is establishing the wholly owned subsidiary because Bursill Sports Gear and Salomon have mutually decided not to continue with the present distribution agreement. Bursill will continue to rep Salomon skis, boots, bindings, and in-line skates to the regions.
