Looking to become a one-stop shop for information on fishing and boating, the Virginia-based Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation is offering retailers, outfitters, clubs, campgrounds and conservation associations free business and information listings on its Web site: www.waterworkswonders.org. In March, the foundation plans to kick off a national advertising campaign.
