Response to Phase I of Cascade Designs' B2B program for dealers has been phenomenal, Director of Sales Kelly Stone says. Using the program, dealers can access order status information that is up to 30 days old as well as all future orders. In addition, dealers can link directly to the UPS website to view delivery information. Phase II of the program launches Nov. 1, with real-time order entry becoming available.
