Pacific Cornetta Inc of Wilsonville, Ore., has been awarded the 2002 Gold Medal from the American Culinary Institute for thermal beverage containers. The company's Liquid Solutions vacuum bottles won the "thermal carafe" category, going up against several larger and well-known companies.
