New Balance recently announced two promotions.Paul Heffernan becomes Executive Vice President Global Marketing (up from VP of Marketing) and Joe Preston now holds the position of Vice-President International – Pacific/Asia (up from division manager of Dunham Boots. No word on who will replace Preston at Dunham.
