Lafuma has reorganized its foreign subsidiary structure in its three most important foreign markets -- United States, Germany and Great Britain.

Lafuma has reorganized its foreign subsidiary structure in its three most important foreign markets -- United States, Germany and Great Britain. A French manager will be replaced by managers from each country to become, as Lafuma put it, closer to each national market.
