Hi-Tec Sports USA has promoted Robert Kaiser from CFO to COO, and Paul Brooks from Magnum category director to Magnum global vice president. Kaiser will oversee all operational and financial aspects of the company in the United States and will report to owner and interim CEO Frank Van Wezel, who is based in the U.K. Jeff Bua, senior vice president of sales and marketing, continues to oversee all functions of retail sales and distribution, as well as market share and brand image of the Hi-Tec brand in the United States.
