Instead, look for backpacks, hiking boots, soccer balls, snowboards, and other killer athletic and recreational gear and equipment. Creator Julz Chavez of San Francisco hasn't had an easy time getting her reality dolls on the market, but they're there now, even having slipped onto Toys 'R' Us shelves. www.getrealgirl.com.
