Buff, the presto-chango all-purpose scarf/hat/bandana that is seen on TV's Survivor, saw sales spike after one Survivor episode this season where the show host -- for the first time -- actually called the item by name. SNEWS® was told that in that episode after 9 p.m. EST and before midnight, 3,500 Buff were sold through CBS.com's Survivor paraphernalia area. Survivor contestants all wear the Buff as a team identifier.
