Photographer Anne Sherwood has become the first woman to be featured in the National Geographic Adventure Online Photo Gallery.

Photographer Anne Sherwood has become the first woman to be featured in the National Geographic Adventure Online Photo Gallery. She was selected for her photography from the Adventure article "The Monster Tour" appearing in the June/July issue of the magazine. Sherwood traveled over 600 miles from Glacier National Park in Montana to Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada by bike and car to shoot the assignment last summer. Her photos can be seen on pages 68-81 of the June/July issue of the magazine and at www.nationalgeographic.com/adventure until July 11.
