The state-of-the-art tool also provides personal trainers with the ability to create personalized workouts for their clients virally.

Life Fitness Virtual Trainer Web Site is supported by the following operating systems: Windows 98 SE, 2000, XP, ME and Vista as well as Mac OS X tiger and Linux.
