PROBAR Providing over 6000 Meals for Haitian Relief

Salt Lake City, UT – March 8, 2010 – PROBAR is donating over 6000 whole food meal replacement bars to the people of Haiti, through the international hunger relief organization, Stop Hunger Now.

Stop Hunger Now (SHN) is a Raleigh, NC, based company with the mission to distribute food and lifesaving aid around the world in the most effective, efficient and sustainable manner. Since their foundation in 1998, SHN has distributed more than 23 million meals and in-kind to people in more than 79 countries.

The two pallets of organic PROBARs begin their journey on Monday, with a trip to Virginia and then on to the Haitian recipients via an ocean carrier.
